acrylic artist: fall 2011 Review by rodger webster

FAR TOO MANY PAGES TAKEN UP WITH WAFFLE AND ADVERTS. I EXPECTED SOME PICTURES SHOWING HOW THE TECHNIQUES WERE APPLIED. CERTAINLY NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.
