Simple, uncluttered, awesomely informative! Review by Carole

It is really helpful to watch an artist this skillful paint, and a great bonus to get all the wonderful explanations about his approach and reasons for decisions made along the way. As someone new to plein air AND oils, I found this video to be full of helpful info that will let me proceed in my own plein air oil paintings with more confidence. Just watching how deftly and with what a light touch brushstrokes can say so much was an education. Great close-up filming in perfect light, with a perfect balance of showing the canvas, the palette, and the scene. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
