Lots of great information on painting from life. Review by Sheila

Creative sharing of techniques and thoughtful approach to painting from the model. Just wanted to let you know what a smart DVD you have produced! I have seen a high number of art-oriented dvd's over the years-- and this was one of the better ones.

Very disappointing Review by Ineke

I am very disappointed with this DVD. It certainly was not money well spent. Although Lea Collie Wight is an excellent artist, she is a terrible teacher who waffles and does not explain much in this DVD. She only waffles on values, where the light comes from and how important color studies are but does not explain anything about them. I turned off the DVD after 30 mins. I just got sick to death of the DVD. Very boring. I am sorry that I cannot say much positive about the DVD but I spent the money to learn something but got nothing out of it. The DVD also skips big important parts so that you cannot see how for example she draws the face. It is all of a sudden there.
