Excellent inspirational book to own Review by Judy

I have taken this book out of the library previously, and with the good price available, I wanted to own it in my permanent collection. David Curtis is great to read for understanding plein air, and how to 'see' and approach it.
This is not a 'how-to', although there is that component in the book, but I am at the point where I need to learn to make that translation from viewing the scene, to starting the painting. This book is helpful for that.
