Drawing and painting figures in motion is challenging for artists because moving figures are more difficult to capture. The body positions are more complex, the visual weight shifts, shadows change and perspective becomes more important. Every full-color image included on the accompanying PC/MAC compatible CD-ROM can be zoomed in on for detail shots and the use of the images in the book and accompanying CD makes working with models simpler, affordable, and yet yields the same results as live models.
